cyanogenmod rom uninstall

well i rooted my phone today seeing the 2.1 is not coming out anytime soon. so i decided to root the phone and installed cyanogenmod 5.0.4.2 with 2.1 firmware. im having so much issue with this ROM how do i revert back to my stock rom?

thanks for the reply very helpfull vid, another question is. is there an easy way of reflashing cyanogenmod on my rooted phone? cuz i think i screwed up this ROM install i just wanna do a reinstall
