D1 will only boot through recovery mode. Any ideas?

Yep, stuck on "M" otherwise. I have to go into recovery every time I boot. What's up?

What is it that you're trying to do?.. ie. Flash a rom,kernal, root?

Running PE v4 right now, but problem precedes that. Any time ii reboot, it freezes at M. Change battery, freeze. etc. Just tried changing a couple fonts with typefresh then got the "will need to reboot" message, click ok, frozefroze at M. Reboot into recovery allows anything, then reboots fine. But, a simple reboot without going into recovery = freeze at M.
