D2 taking itself out of Vibrate

My phone will take itself out of vibrate mode and go into silent mode; forcing me to miss any texts, emails, calls.

I have had this occur several different times. I have not been able to make it happen (nor have I found a pattern) in order to find a solution.

I keep my phone on vibrate all the time. I only touch the volume controls when on a call or listening to music. Given how Froyo works, the volume controls wouldn't be able to make this happen anyway.

Any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it? I checked all my apps, but I do not see any that could be affecting that setting.

Maybe you're hitting the silent widget? I tossed those and replaced them with beautifuly widgets. My phone has not gone out of vibration mode but I've only had it about 26 hours.

No such widget on my phone.

Besides, as far as I can tell, this only happens while the phone is in my holster (screen facing in).
