D2G or Droid 3

I got my d2g from costco on april 30. I have 90 days to change my phone. I was just wondering should I wait and get the Droid 3 or should I get the dx2 the lg revolution or the xperia play. The last option for me is to just stay with the d2g.

It comes down to personal preference. Yes almost all of the other phones u listed are more powerfull and up to date, but y did u originally get the d2g? Features, keyboard, or just android??

You can get new on screen keyboards without a problem. Like swype for instance. You need to be rooted to use metamorph and change the colors of the keyboards tho. but thats an easy fix

I hope you don't have too large fingers. Sometimes typing efficiently on the keyboard can be difficult because that upper row is so close to the bottom of the screen. While you don't like the soft keyboard, have you tried it with the native Swype or one of the other other apps like SlideIT (my favorite) and Swiftkey? These apps can be used in portrait and landscape, mainly portrait. You slide your finger over the keys, spelling out your words. This is almost the only way I "type" any more.

Get the Droid X2. It will be the strongest Verizon phone. Dual-core greatness

Droid 2 Global will be outdated by summer by Verizon's new line up of more advanced phones. Wait for newer phones so u could have better options. Droid X2, LG Revolution, or Droid 3. All three are gonna be great.

Looking like late June. Have you looked at the Incredible 2 ? That a solid option.

The revolution is going to be just single core with 512 ram. And guess what...it has bing. The revolution would be a bad purchase for anyone.

Well I've looked at the incredible 2 and its another option too. But im edging more towards waiting for the D3 if it comes out in my time. But ill add the incredible 2 to my list.
