D3 easy to root?

Sorry if this is a fruitless post, but I don't even have my Droid3 yet...just happened upon this. It sure looks like a spam article, but I may as well post it for people who know this stuff to fill in the blanks (steps 5+...being just a common user, I wouldn't get it rooted at this point since it's lacking the hold-your-hand steps):

Yikes. thats just something a bot put together to get people to click on it for advertising money. Nothing there will help anyone and might actually contain viruses...
