Dark themed market

Is there a way to freeze the market from updating itself? I just came to FAX and wanna keep the dark themed market. I've got titanium backup but I'm just mot sure if I can freeze the market.

There is actually a Marketupdater.apk in system. If you freeze that it shouldnt update.
