Data connection problem after stopping wifi

My RAZR Maxx is great, but it has one issue. After I disconnect from a wifi network, it fails to connect to 3G/4G data network. Any idea as to why? I have Smart Actions set up to disable cellular data after wifi is found, but it does stop when wifi is disconnected.

Mine did this once when i had turned my phone off with the smart action active, then i walk out of wifi range before i turned the phone back on. Then the smart action got confused and would stay active no matter what i did i could only turn it off manually. I had to delete the action and make a new one. Then it was fixed
