Twice in the past week, data services on my phone (Rezound, with OS 4.03) have suddenly shut down for no apparent reason. The phone claims that I'm connected to a WiFi or mobile network, but when I try to browse the web, use apps, or do anything else besides voice calls or texting, a message appears telling me that I'm not connected ("page not found", etc.).
Restarting the phone's WiFi/mobile network connection is of no help -- the only way I've been able to bring data services back up is by restarting the phone itself.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, and do you have any idea what might be going on if so?
(All I can think right now is that the antennas on my extended battery door might have stopped working properly, but would you expect that to cause data problems with both a mobile and a WiFi connection, leaving voice/text unaffected?)
