Data Connections

My Droid Bionic decided it only will work on 4g today. Tried everything but FDR to get it to connect to 3g still didn't. Unfortunately 4g is spotty in my area. Called tech support, the woman worked with me, and was very pleasant. Long story short, I ended up being able to get the S3 at contract price. Hear lots of complaints about their customer service, but I never have any issues with them. Just thought I share.

Not really sure. Believe the person said my phone wasn't registering on their end. During our conversation, i just inquired about how I am capable of keeping my unlimited data. I mentioned the S3, she went on to say I'm a loyal customer, we want to make you happy, and offered me the switch.

My phone suddenly had no 3G or 4G. It said mobile data was connected but I had no data. When I got home the phone connected 3G to my Network Extender.

I nearly FDR'd it until I saw this post.
