Date in Notification Bar

So today i barely noticed that there is no date in the notification bar.. is there an option/app to put it up there because I would like to know what day it is without having to go to the calendar.

just touch the top left of the notification bar it appears...also there are many widgets with the date

If you don't mind spending a few bucks you can purchase Beautiful Widgets or Pure Calendar.
