4 OMG!?!?! Surprised you're not a CEO at one of those Chinese companies selling them. We've bought 100s at work. There are good ones and bad. Your cheap prices don't mean they are a quality product. 10k mAh for most is about 8k usable mAh. Try doing some battery tests to see actual usage and capacities.
