Default Calendar View

Okay, I looked around for an answer but didn't find one so I'll ask. I've had several Droids, just replaced my Droid Charge with the Bionic. I love it so far, but one thing I use a lot is the calendar, and I always use it in agenda mode. Other phones had the option for setting agenda mode as the default but I can't seem to find that. It's always defaulting to monthly view. Anyway I can change that? Thank you in advance for your help!

If you change your view while in the calendar and then hit the HOME button, the next time you visit your calendar it will resume with your last view.

Thanks for the response. But that only works for a few minutes, after about an hour it defaults back to the month view again.

I've scoured the calendar settings and I cant find where you'd change it. I wish there was a "set default view" option.

me too. i want the month view by default, as well as on the widget.

Launcher Pro has a great widget, however you have to use it as your home launcher to be able to use it.

yeah i use to use it on my OG droid and liked it but i like this new stock launcher app a lot better. the calendar widget was the only one i used on LP.

There is a weekly agenda widget that comes with it. I also use CalWidget which is free and displays a longer agenda and S2 Calender widget to see the month.

Figured it out

I found this thread when I had the same problem. When I was adding the widget, I held down on it for a while, and when I let go it asked what style of widget I wanted. I was able to select the Agenda view.
