Default Home Switching App that works with apps like Setting Profiles, Locale, etc.

Here's what I want to do.

When the phone is car docked, I want my phone to automatically change the home default from LP to Powerstrip and revert back when it's undocked.

I'm using setting profiles that uses rules to set states, run apps, etc.

Anyone know of such an app? The closest thing I could find was Easy Home, but it's not what I am looking for.
