Deleated contact.storage app

The genius that i am, deleted my "contacts.storage app" on my droid bionic because i was getting the"The application contacts has stopped unexpectedly" msg...now i don't know how to get it back . I did a hard reset 3 time and now it's worse...how do i get that app back?

I deleted it with titanium , then i accidentally deleted my backup because i thought it was on my ext sd not my internal memory...but i got it fix now. i found a one step wipe, install and root link here xda-developers.... and that did the trick....thanks for responding
