Delete email?

How do you delete a pop3 email account? I have tried menu on every screen in the email application and I can now find anything that will delete an account.

if you're in your regular email app that came with the phone just hit settings then it will show the accounts>>>long press on it>>> then remove account. hope that helps good luck

That also works, more or less, with K-9. Though it took me about 15 minutes to figure it out. Once you see a list of the individual accounts you can long press on the one you want to delete and a picklist appears.
