I just got a new Droid X and it has a defective charging unit or something, it wont charge any battery past 30% (tried 3 different ones), and so they are giving me a new Droid. Anyway... I have to send it back, but it has ALL the information of EVERY PERSON I know, all the Facebook stuff, all their email addresses, phone numbers, actual addresses, kid's names, etc. anyway, I want to be able to just erase everything off the phone before I send it back (obviously you cant erase "City ID" but as far as addresses and other personal information)
Thanks for any help!

Ah, thanks Abe21599, the only problem is that I havnt had this phone long enough to know where it was in the settings, and it took over an hour and a half looking through the settings and searching online, every thread and post and HowTo I found only referenced it as if people do it all the time and it is sitting in an obvious place. I was looking in security, applications, accounts, about phone, accessibility, did a few hard reboots (Power on with the phone and volume keys), and after looking though all of those and all the online forums and stuff, I found it.

In case anyone else is looking for it too, here it is:
Settings -> Privacy -> Factory Data Reset

Privacy huh... I guess, ultimately, that is why I was doing it after all...
