Deleted album

In my gallery a downloads album just got deleted by accident,,, can I recover it somehow...please advise.

probably not, was it on an external SD card?

If it was on the SD card pull it out and put into the computer via the adapter and download and try this program out: Recuva - Undelete, Unerase, File and Disk Recovery - Free Download
