Deleted Apps showing after reboot?

Can anyone tell me WHY deleted apps are showing on my homescreen after reboot? Not the actual icons but the system default folder icon that shows and when you press it you get the "This app not installed" message.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Oh yeah, I'm running MIUI 12.3.0

Had this happen to me as well. I went into recovery and wiped the cache and it seemed to take care of it.

Had that prob before too. I use LP though so I don't have to worry about it.
