Deleting Emails RR from Droid

I am a newbee to the Droid X. I did have a BB Storm. On the BB there was a feature to manage your emails on a third party server. ie RR. On the BB the option was: (Delete Email on Handheld) or (Delete Email on Handheld and Server) When you selected the (Delete Email on Handheld and Server) - when you deleted the email on the BB it would then be deleted from RR. Then when I accessed my RR using Outlook - I would only get the emails I truly wanted.

With Droid X I am trying to find a way to do the same thing.

Any suggestions?
