Deleting icons?

I can't drag icons to the trash i can only delete them under settings...any1 else havin a problem?

I haven't had any issues with it. I drag it down to the trash can, when the trash can turns red, I let go.

I rebooted the phone too and it doesn't do it all the time still

it takes a second after you press and hold for it to drag
