Dell Latitude D620 - removing casing from DVD Drive???

So I'm stitting here with my Dell Latitude D620 laptop, and I removed the DVD Drive... But the drive itself is in a Dell outer casing, which I can't get off of the drive even though I removed I believe all the screws holding it in... So anyone here have the same problem and figured it out?

Nevermind, I missed a screw....
