DeSense + CleanROM 2.3= I'm stuck!

I tried this: [UTIL] DeSense, clean-up, mainver fix, + more ** [v7.1 updated 2/21] - xda-developers , whilst running Scotts ICSE 2.3, and I tried installing ICS setting and notification bar, and now I get rapid succession SystemUI force closes, no wallpaper, and no status bar, but when I go to fastboot it wants to install the kernel so I can't load a nandroid or wipe data.

Edit: Also, ADB won't recognize the storage so I can't push anything.

Sounds like you need to re-flash the ROM. You can also try Xtreme Outcasts ROM which is already desensed.
