I am closing this thread, I believe it has reached its end of usefulness.
I believe both parties made their points.
I Applaud the Dev for coming into the forums and stating his side of it in the manner that he did. We always encourage Dev's to join us in the community. It helps us as users, when we can communicate with them. And it helps the Devs better the product they create for us. I am sorry you had to join and post under these circumstances, But I am also glad you saw fit to address this yourself personally.
The op, while I understand the need to complain. I hope you were able to accomplish what you intended with this thread.
We do not encourage flaming of any kind on DF.
This thread was viable, even if not in the best of taste, The OP made his point.
I hope the rest of the posters here understand
