Dial Pad problem?

How can I get my Dial Pad back to the original. I'm not really sure what i did but I think some how my contact.apk file got messed up. Is there somewhere I can get the origianl contact.apk file?

Push this, worth a shot. Just from a stock theme ROM... Let me know if it works (delete the .zip part so it's just an apk)
