Dial screen flinching

Anyone else havin this problem?i was checkin my accounts etc n the screen started to blink on n off randomly.i couldnt even dial right without the screen stayin on( froze with a black screen) had to turn off n turn on the phone..first time this ever happened..my best bet..a fdr maybe but iam interested in knowing if ya'll ever had this happen..

My wife's maxx had this problem, had it replaced under warranty, it's a hardware issue.
