Dialer Storage

Every now and then I clear the Cache and sometimes the Data from my apps. My Dialer Storage app currently has 8MB of Data, but I've seen it as high as 30MB in the past. What information is stored in the Dialer Storage Data? It's not the actual phone numbers is it?

In case anybody was wondering, deleting the Data in Dialer Storage deletes 100% of your messages (MMS & SMS).

so it won't delete my contact list right? cause mine is at 118mb for the Dialer Storage.

It didn't delete my contact list. Just go through your messages and start deleting. You'll see the Dialer Storage size will decrease.
