Dialer Wont Open????

When i first flashed my Apex 1.3.1 my dialer worked just fine but now since ive download all my apps and stuff it wont open at all???

PLEASE HELP!!

if you have changed the screen density whatsoever the dialer included with apex 1.3.1 (the 2.1.1 dialer) does not play nice with the new density. If you must keep the new density I suggest "dialer one" from the market, but to be honest the be dialer is really slick and I decided to run stock density
