Did a factory reset and still have Deodexed and still rooted, how do i fix that?

Check out 928Droid's back to Stock theme. He basically gave us a method to get us back to 2.2 OTA stock apps.

Done that and when it was done it full whipe my phone but yet it was activated and still had the theme and maybe the same rom.
