Hi. I started having problems with a couple of devices not being able to connect to the 3G hotspot. It would find amd lose the signal on my brand new laptop and my TV over and over. (no DSL at the moment.)
I took the D2G to the Verizon store and talk to a salesman. That first day the phone would connect with the FedEx hotspot next door but the salesman suggested that I bring my laptop in to see what was going on, which I did the next day. Fortunately the computer couldn't connect with the phone hotspot. The salesman went away with the phone for 10-15 minutes, came back and the Toshiba connected with the hotspot just fine. So, my question is, did he really do something back there beyond deleting devices existing at that point to start fresh, or do you think he might have upgraded/updated something? I haven't had a connection problem since, even picking up my TV for a few minutes that night. Thanks!
