What is the difference between the paid/donate version of the liberty toolbox and the free version?

If I understand things correctly, the major difference is the paid version lets you get OTA updates, and I could get V2 of Liberty OTA.

Is there a big reason to get the donate version?

the only difference i know is you can get releases early ..........i dont know about the ota ..you can download the roms through either toolbox as far as i know
