Different app stores?

Why does the XOOM app store have different apps then the bionic.

The Xoom runs honeycomb and honeycomb has some specialty apps. Hopefully with the ics launch it will unify everything more!

Yeah because netflix surprisingly is not even on there. Same with yahoo messenger. I wish they would make it so the factory browser does bot show as a mobile device. My school websites only work on internet explorer and safari.
