Different ringtone for text then email?

How do I set a different ringtone for text and email notifications? I don't want them both to be the same ringtone.

You can go into the settings for email and your messenger and set whatever ringtone you want.

The only item I see under settings is one for ringtone and one for notification. Am I not looking in the right spot?

you have to have the gmail or messanger or whatever open and do the settings there

You go into the actual app and then hit the menu button. You will see settings for notifications in there. I think you are looking in the phone settings
