Dinc won't install or uninstall apps!

Hi everyone,

For some reason my Droid Incredible won't let me install apps from any markets. I've tried the Google and Amazon markets. On the Amazon market it downloads apps but won't install them. On the Google Android market it doesn't even download them. I tried to uninstall apps as well and it won't do that ether. I can't update apps or move them to SD either. This all started the other day. The only things that I can think of that may have contributed to this problem are that I downloaded some apps to check out and cleared some old stuff from my SD card with a program called DiskUsage. I don't think I deleted anything important. It was just some leftover data from previously installed games and apps as far as I know. My phone is not rooted and runs Android 2.2. Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be?

Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Manage applications->All, then look for Market. Try clearing data and cache.

Do the same for the Amazon Appstore app.
