Even if there were, security would probably be very doubtful that it was truly disabled. You're better off leaving it at the security area or in your car.
Security is skeptical on what they are told. I would have to prove to one of their IT experts that the camera is disabled and could not be used. Some of my co-workers have put epoxy over the camera lens to permanently disable it. I was hoping that there is another method that would be acceptable. I’m still open to suggestions.
