Disable email sync at specific times of the day, week

I don't care to hear the beep of new incoming email on my work account when I'm, for example, at home having dinner with the family.

Is there an app that would allow me to define specific times for email to sync? Or perhaps an app that would allow me to automatically disable my work email every weekend beginning Friday at 6pm -- but then automatically resume Monday at 6am?

It's a bit cumbersome to have to go into settings to disable sync on a specific account, and putting the phone on silent requires me to remember to undo this later on. I want it to happen automatically.
