Disable magnetic swich on DROID

Hello,
Is there any way to directly disable the magnetic switch that puts the DROID into car mode or clock mode ... I have a few Pouches i wanna use but they have a magnetic clip on the cover so when ever i put it in the pouch and close it, the droid will either go into Clock or Car Mode and i dont want it to do either

Yes I really need this, i also have a magnetic pouch and whenever I end up putting the phone back into it it'll go into car mode and unlock itself, since then ive put a passcode so it doesnt unlock itself and spend an hour on inside my pouch but tis getting annoying

I have mine in a Seidio leather case and the magnets do nothing to it when its in the case. I checked by looking at it while in the case and, the Seidio site specifically says the magnets will NOT cause it to go into car mode - Innocase Surface Combo, Autumn Gold
