Disable Vibrate when Unlocking Phone?

I wanted to know if there was a way in our settings or other form where I can disable the vibrate feature whenever I unlock my phone..

Is such a thing possible?

If you find out, let me know... I have the haptic feedback off on my Droid and I still get the feedback when I swipe the screen... would love to turn it off as well.

Me too! Disabling haptics doesn't really disable it.

Straight up way to disable haptic no not that I have found...but there are some apps where you can bypass it. Flyscreen allows you to have a "lockscreen" with custom pages and you can back out to your home screen by hitting the home button.

Also, mylock will bypass the locksreen all together.

Last, if you enable a lock pattern it will get rid of the vibration.

I'd love for someone to make a hack to bypass it as well, so annoying with the sound it makes.
