Disable WMP auto-snyc?

Droid Razr... whenever I plug my phone into my computer to synch new songs, WMP will automatically start synching every song to the phone. Is there anyway to stop it from doing that?

Nevermind, figured it out... it's an option in WMP - have to have the phone plugged in to disable it.
