Disabling Mobile Mode in Brower

I've owned a few phones that enabled you to do this in the browser's settings but haven't seen a way with the Razr.

I know you can scroll down at the bottom of the site & enable desktop mode but I ran into a problem on a certain site that when you click it takes you to the page but switches back to Mobile mode, really annoying.

Anyone found a way?

Open your browser and in the top bar type about:debug and enter. When the screen refreshes hit menu button - more - settings. Scroll to bottom and you will see UAString, click on pull down arrow and choose desktop.

Worked like a charm! Thats exactly what I wanted. Just curious though, could you elaborate on what these additional functions that are unchecked do if I check them on?

Such as:
Single Column Rendering
Normal Rendering
Enable Tracing
Enable Light Touch

I have no idea what the other ones are for. I learned about the UAString on another forum, I haven't messed with any other settings.

I knew about this from when I had the OG about a year and a half ago but I had to type that in every session, so I downloaded Dolphin Browser HD and that was the only one I've used since. Guess I'll have to revisit the stock browser now.
