Diver issues after 2.2

I'm trying to connect my phone to my 64bit XP system. It worked prior 2 the 2.2 update but now I can't see my phone in RSDlite if I wanted to downgrade. Windows also always prompts me to find the drivers when I plug the phone in no matter what mode it is. I have 4.6.5 motorola drivers installed through the motorola website...
It shows up as Motorola ADB Interface in device manager.

Any help is appreciated.
