Dock Problem, please help

Recently I was playing with launcherpro on my X. I decided to buy the full version and went about changing settings and the look of the dock. I decided to revert back to stock and now my stock dock is acting weird. Before, im pretty sure the white phone, white circle, and the white icon of a person would slide down and the red buttons would pop up to show you what screen you were on and then they would revert after a second or so. Now, my white icons stay on the screen while the red buttons pop up so they are both there. Here is a screen:

Is there a way to fix this? I have uninstalled launcherpro and rebooted the phone several times. Everything works as it should but the dock just looks a mess like this.

I know others are having this problem, even without launcher pro. Some people thought that Advanced Task Killer was the culprit. But I have that installed and have not seen the issue. They had to do factory reset and it worked, but they were careful in what apps they installed back. FYI I used the paid version of launcher pro and went back to stock with no issues either. Might be another program you have installed. Also is that the beautiful widget for your calender and weather?

Happy to say I fixed it. I tried flashing a clean framework-res.apk but it didn't fix it. I then got a clean "BlurHome.apk" from a system dump and flashed it and now it works like it should. All my widgets were gone and had to be resetup but my dock is back to normal. Here's what I did, do at your own risk:

Copied the BlurHome.apk over to the root of my sdcard.
Opened command prompt on my computer and dropped into adbshell, then typed:

su
mount -o rw,remount -t ext3 /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system
cp /sdcard/BlurHome.apk /system/app
mount -o ro,remount -t ext3 /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system
reboot

Hope this helps somebody else who's having problems.

Thanks for responding. I got it fixed without having to factory reset. See my above post. And yes, that is Beautiful widget with clock skin "black and white chrome" applied.

Yeah, that widget is awesome. Highly customizable, even the weather can be skinned.

I'm going to reinstall launcher pro and see if this happens again.
