Docking sound BACK with Gingerbread!!

Ok so that annoying sound when you place the X2 in the multimedia dock drove me CRAZY and then when Gingerbread pushed to my phone it was gone...thank god! Now just today, it's BACK. Now every time I put the phone in the dock it does that dang annoying sound again. Does anyone know what the deal is with this?
