Does anybody have this cradle? Does it work with Ghost Armor?

I was shopping for a cradle, when I found this new one with a spare battery charger.
Motorola Droid Sync and Charge Desktop Cradle and 2nd Battery Charging Slot - Enables Mutlimedia Mode
Does anybody have this cradle, it looks similar to the Motorola one, but isn't on the Motorola site? Is it manufactured by Motorola? I've only been able to find it on this one site. Any reviews on this product would be helpful.
And will my Droid fit with this cradle with Ghost Armor?

go to fommy.com I like mine, the only problem I have with it is that the touch is messed up on it, but other then that it's awesome

I have this cradle and have invisible skin on my droid. It fits fine.
