Does anyone want to know why the galaxy tab price increased at Verizon???

It is because Apple told Verizon that in order to keep the rights to sell the iPad, they had to raise the price of the galaxy tab to offset the price difference. They said that the tab was to low of a price point and it was taking away from their sales.
