Why are you laughing? Lol do you stand by your computer refreshing endgadget waiting for some bad news on the nexus to make yourself feel better about buying a bionic?
People cried over the gpu and processor and everything and I believed them too..and turns out they did it for a reason.
I'm sure this super amoled HD will be nothing short of the best. Meaning better than s2, better than retina....and I shouldn't even mention bionic on the list.

What's funny is how people make statements about I'm not getting this our that, I'm happy with my bionic, the nexus is going to be a fine device also but it's based off pentile matrix technology, don't get mad at me buy what you like, we don't need the negative post.

Wow.. A tad bit of info that's left out. I had already prepared myself to pre-order the Galaxy if it made it to Verizon but I will definitely want to see this in person first.
yea i caught that ... its gonna be funny to see all the people that bashed the bionics screen get the galaxy nexus.... i never had a problem w the bionics screen i think its really nice

I hadn't really done enough research. It will have a pentile matrix but hopefully it won't bug people like the bionic!

I was always under the impression that while the bionic and other previous phones has Pentile displays, that wasn't what caused the pixiation that people hated so much, it just so happened that all phones that had the tech that made people hate the screens also had the "Pentile" feature, therefore people equated Pentile to sucking. But in the case of the Galaxy, it has the Pentile, but not the other thing.... I have no idea what it was/is called - this was just my observed understanding from watching 3+ months of people arguing about pentile.
People are always making the swap between something being better must mean the other thing is bad. I have a D3. Super AMOLED is a better screen, that doesn't make the D3s screen terrible. I get a lot of compliments on the D3s screen. My friend has an iPhone 4 and prefers the way mine looks compared to his (widgets help). Is the D3 or Bionics screen nicer than the GS2? No. Are they still great? Yes. Can we all agree that Android phones rock and stop the bickering between which awesome phone is most awesome? I hope so.
Pen Tile is use by Motorola. Samsung uses Super Amoled Plus. No, you won't see Pen Tile on a Nexus.

I don't think it is the pentile and if it is its just a problem with the Bionic. Pentile is just a matrix for displaying the screen a believe... I could be all wrong, I haven't done any in depth research on it yet though!
Pentile=/=screen door!
