Does Vcast video or bitbop work on anyone's tbolt?

It did on mine. I just used it during the free trial though and haven't used it since.

They told me it was a software issue with my device and sent me a new phone but it's still doing the same thing with error codes. So than they said a software update would fix the problem but how could it if it's working on other devices?
