Does Verizon have an AARP Member discount?

Trying to help parents out does Verizon offer an AARP Discount? (They are AARP members) If they do how much % wise and do you have a code for it?

I know my neighbor gets a Military discount, but not what percentage. He is 69. I am 64 and retired Military, but I have never thought to ask. Might get around to it someday. I will watch this thread and see if you get any solid answers.

The percentage runs 15-20% depending on who the discount is through. I get 15% for being a firefighter. I would tell them to go to the store and ask.

Verizon gives 15 % to any military service. Just present your DD214 and it will appear on your next bill.

I believe vz also offers city workers discounts. I know we get a discount because of it.

ya its a joke that military and service personnel(police, fire, EMT...ETC) get less of a discount then those that work for a private company. Like i get 23% off the bill and 25% percent off accessories and phones.

My company has a discount as well however Verizon want me to FAX and write in to the company and jump through hoops while pulling a rabbit out of my arse...so I haven't made the attempt as it seems too crazy but when i get the time i will see what the connections department can do for me...

depends on what city, county, or state she is with. not all do best thing to do it have her call and ask.

all i had to do was give them my work email address and that was it.
