double posting on forums

I've noticed on a few forums I frequent that when you quick reply it will actually double post. I hit the reply button once and it says something like you must wait 30 seconds between posting. Anybody else having this issue?

Yeah, seems like some sort of sync issues. Haven't figured it out. Happens on facebook and calendar for me.

I get a similar message on a few boards I post on. Something like "this post is a duplicate of a post made 5 minutes ago..." Can't quite figure it out.
