Downgrade ClockworkMod Help

I accidentally upgraded my CWM to 3.0.0.8 through the ROM Manager. Now I can't flash the Incredibly Re-Engineered ROM. Is there anyway I can downgrade to 2.5.1.2?

Things Ive tried:
Using the All ClockworkMod Recoveries, oldest version listed is 3.0.0.5.
and this Inc. Recoveries | doug piston

I'm wonderig if I should just unroot and then re-root to get the CWM that comes with unrevoked...

Koush has a list of old recoveries in this location http://mirror1.kanged.net/recoveries/ XDA thread of unofficial CWM v3 issues by tidman tells you how to revert. No need to unroot.
