I figured, when I purchased the ringtones, that this would be seamless - being from Verizon. Upon completion of sale, a pop up information box comes up. You cannot print it, and there is just too much there to write down before timing out. However, I followed the directions for Droid, but the choices that should pop up when one holds the message with the "congratulations, you have successfully purchased ringtone" does not have the choice to download as a ringtone. It comes up in messages;
so I called the Verizon store where I purchased the phone. They are completely puzzled by this. However, the phone is so new, and it's obvious some things have changed. They could not step me though it - didn't know how. Suggested instead, after I purchased these ringtones from Verizon's online store, that I look for a free ap and download from there! Sorry, but that was not very helpful. I know that until I learn, it's going to be a little frustrating, and expected that. But, Verizon's own people could not help. Perhaps here.
